After you identify a tutor (see link above), email the tutor and provide the tutor with several specific times you are available for a session. Sessions typically are scheduled for 1 hour.
The tutor will send a Google Calendar invitation to you with a link to Google Hangouts Meet for that time.
Best practices say that keeping a regular weekly time for the duration of the session is best.
