Create your Works Cited list by following MLA style's core elements:
Include access dates in MLA's optional field. It is required by your professors.
Citations in your paper should be formatted in a black or grayscale font.

When citing a government author, arrange work cited entry from macro to micro:
Name of Government, Name of Agency.
Examples:
United Nations, World Health Organization.
United States, Department of the Interior.
When a government author is also the publisher, omit the government author field. Begin with the work's title, and include the government name in the publisher field.
