The Math Lab is a free service available to Grace College undergraduate students. Math Lab tutors are upper-level math majors who are proficient in all of the math classes that a majority of Grace students take. The Math Lab supports students in Calculus I-III, College Algebra, Quantitative Reasoning, Probability and Statistics, and more. The consultants further explain difficult concepts, teach through example problems, and help students understand homework and study for tests.
Math Lab is held in the Morgan Library in the Lab Alcove. Students can drop in for help from 8:00 to 9:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. If that window does not work for you to get help, all of the Math Lab Consultants are also Content Tutors for math. Students may contact them via email to set up individual tutoring sessions outside of Math Lab hours.
