What is ChatGPT? ChatGPT from OpenAI is a tool built large language models and "is fine-tuned .... with both supervised and reinforcement learning techniques." Wikipedia.
Currently, ChatGPT is free to use. Go to https://chat.openai.com/ Look for the “Try me” button. Sign up with an email address. Once you are in ChatGPT, you can put in a prompt, review the output, and then ask for changes in “conversation” with the AI.
